The Score WP Club Rugby Sevens finished on a high at the Brookside fields in Cape Town this past weekend with Tygerberg crowned as the Score WP Club Rugby Sevens champions yet again/
The day which was filled with typical sevens rugby action saw twelve teams spread across four pools with three teams per pool and the top two teams in each pool going through to the semi-finals in the Plate, Shield, and Cup Finals.
After losing to Young Peoples in the pool stages the students bounced back to get into the Cup Semi-Finals whilst Tygerberg scored a narrow win over Macassar to secure their position.
Young Peoples showed their flare early on the day beating False Bay in the Plate Final before losing narrowly to Maties who then went on to win the Plate against Young Peoples, while Durbel beat Uni-Mil in the Shield Final.
