Coach of a group or team of players e.g. youth club coach, club coach, teacher, representative coach and talent development coach.

ATTENDANCE OR ACCREDITATION

Accreditation- competency-based assessment using formal transcript.

ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE COURSE A COACH WILL BE ABLE TO:

• Develop Coaching Values and Philosophy.
• Identify different coaching styles
• Understand technical and tactical coaching. Principals of play
• Plan and review of practical session.
• Plan an attack and defense session
• Do a practical coaching task on starts and restarts.
• Do a practical coaching task on scrums and lineouts
• Building a team culture
• Develop a personal coaching plan
